Oseterics Yoga is a platform that brings together international experts with extensive experience in training mature students, specifically those in their 50s, 60s, and beyond. The focus of Oseterics Yoga is to provide yoga workouts that promote active and graceful aging. What sets us apart is that the majority of our instructors are in their midlife themselves, allowing them to better understand the unique needs of mature bodies.

Our diverse range of yoga styles caters to beginners as well as intermediate practitioners, and each style is taught with variations that can be easily done anywhere by anyone. We have tailored these styles to address common concerns associated with aging, such as Fall Prevention, Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Migraine, Flexibility, and Relaxation. Each video comes with a detailed description and precautions to ensure your safety.
